Month to Month: You are responsible to make your monthly payment as we do not send statements.
AutoPay: Eliminate the hassle of mailing checks by having your monthly payment automatically charged to your credit card or ACH from your bank account.
New! Prepay with ACH/eCheck and save 5% when you prepay for 6 months or longer, and save 10% when you pay for a year.

Move In Fees/Additional Terms:

We have a two-month minimum rental, and the move-in fees are as follows:

1st month’s rent and prorated daily rent for occupancy beginning on other than the first or fifteenth of the month, or prepaid term;
Security deposit equal to one month’s rent (receipt of 30-day notice at least 30 days prior to vacate date is required on month-to-month rentals for a full refund of security deposit, with no damages);
One-time $20 administration fee.
