Schedule Unit Maintenance

We will be happy to clean your enclosed rental unit, at no cost. (Please note: unit cleaning is limited up to two times/year.)  Or if your door needs adjusting, we will do that. Please accept that we are a “Self-Storage Boat & RV facility”, where the tenant is responsible for moving their property in and out of their rented space. We are not responsible for moving any of the tenant’s property. For cleaning-  your unit must be empty of personal property, vehicles, and trailers for us to do our job. We would like to coordinate this with you.

Over the past several years a few tenants have requested us to clean their unit, only to hear their claim that something was damaged or missing. Or they leave a mountain of personal belongings and expect/demand we move it in and out. That’s not “self-storage”. For that reason we no longer move personal items in/out of garages. We appreciate your understanding.

We will clean your unit when it is empty (trailer out and no personal belongings remain). If there are items left in your unit, you must be present to observe and direct our cleaning. We allocate 30 minutes to a cleaning session. The tenant should plan on being here remove anything they don’t want getting wet, or directing us on what to clean. This is a free service we offer to keep our clients happy. But we’re still “self-storage”.

We normally clean units Wednesday thru Sunday, from 7AM – 2 PM. We request that you notify us in advance what day and time works best for you. Please click here to set up an appointment. If you are 30 minutes late, sorry, we are on to the next client.

If you are removing your trailer for the day (or more), that would be the perfect time for us to clean your space. Please schedule your planned arrival, and then notify us upon your arrival, so we know exactly when we will have access to your unit. You can leave your vacant unit unlocked and leave the premises.

If you have property that you do not wish to take with you, the plan would be for you to remove the contents, put it to the outside of the unit away from water flow, and wait for us to clean your space.

Following these guidelines, we should be able to blow out dirt & dust, pressure wash walls & floor, lubricate doors (as needed) and apply varmint and insecticide prevention products, all prior to your return. An ideal situation is when you come out to use your boat/trailer, give us access to your empty unit, and come back to your clean unit  🙂
