Oasis Policy for Discounts on pre-paid 6 & 12-month Rentals
Notice: We currently offer discounts for 6 and 12-month term tenants who pay in advance, when payment is made by ACH (electronic check), cash, or your check. The discount will be disclosed by a staff member in advance, and the payment must be made directly to our office/staff (not online).
No other discounts are offered, when paid by any other method, such as credit or debit cards, PayPal or any other payment method(s).
If a person pays the discounted amount by any method other than those 3 mentioned, the term of your rental agreement will be adjusted to the number of days actually paid, at our base rate (not at the discounted rate).
This is our “Discount” policy and it will not be changed by what you think you may hear someone say. We reserve the right to eliminate this discount policy in the future
Payments are made securely through PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required.
