Per the terms of my rental agreement, I am submitting my 30 Day Notice to Vacate with Oasis Super Storage.

If I am renting an enclosed unit, I understand that I am required to contact the office to schedule a walk-through inspection prior to vacating my space, at a mutually convenient time (during normal business hours). If I do not schedule a walk-thru inspection, and do not officially notify the office the day I am vacating, I will be considered to still occupy the space, and will continue to be charged rent.

I agree to remove any padlock from my unit at time of vacating, or that will indicate to management that I am still occupying this space.

I further understand that charges will continue until the end of my 30 Day Notice, or the date that I have satisfied the above-stated conditions, whichever is later.

If I do not vacate within 15 days from the date I intend to vacate, my notice to vacate will expire. I will be required to submit a new 30 Day Notice to Vacate.
